Lost in the midst of 'changes', Akhtari Bai is a legend who deserves to be heard . Not because she was such a great singer of heartrending ghazals, her songs can initiate the art of expression to the youngsters in the field of Ghazals for sure!!!
I for one, could not forget what she sang.... and so feel obliged to pass on her name by singing her compositions!
I need to add, I make songs of my own, but that can wait for eager ears, if any ....!!!
